Other than providing free handloom service on request, Metro also provides collection of fabric designs every season to our customers on top of the wide range fabric selection in our showroom located in our Hong Kong head office. Our direct sourcing from weaving mills allows us to serve our customers with a competitive edge. With a team of 600 experienced workers, Metro is well equipped to ensure product quality and delivery reliability. Besides, we have a separate team of workers with all-round experience in our sizable sample room to support our increasing capacity of sample requests. In addition, we have our in-house washing room capable of garment wash including enzyme, stone, sand, and etc, with the focus in providing one-stop services to our customers. Beyond that, Metro invests heavily in state-of-art technology like Lectra’s ALYS plotting system and DiaminoFashion marker making system, with confidence that computerized processes will minimize errors and shortens production lead time. In 1995, Metro imported wrinkle free technology directly from USA. We produce, on average, 200,000 wrinkle free garments annually and guarantee quality standard internationally. Meanwhile, we are proud to be producers of the top two prize-winning labels for wrinkle free garment in Denmark - Allan & Clark and Seven Seas.
